How to Use

Wrap the pad around the area you want to target and secure the strap. Choose a brightness level and mode, set your timer, and carry on with whatever you were doing. Ten to twenty minutes is a sensible starting point.

Because it's USB powered, it works just as well at a desk as it does on the sofa.

Questions

What's the difference between red and near infrared?
Red light at 660nm is visible and works closer to the surface. Near infrared at 850nm is invisible to the eye and reaches deeper tissue. The Wrap delivers both.

Where on my body can I use it?
Neck, shoulders, back, waist, arms, knees, legs and feet. The strap is designed to fit around most areas.

What do the 10Hz and 40Hz modes do?
They pulse the light rather than running it continuously. Steady ON is the simplest place to start; try the pulsed modes once you've got a routine going.

Does it need to be plugged into a wall?
No. It runs on USB, so a power bank or a laptop works. A wall adapter is included if you'd rather use one.

How long should a session be?
Ten to twenty minutes to start. The timer goes to 90. Consistency matters more than session length.

How is this different from the FullGlow Panel?
The Panel sits on a stand and you aim it at an area — better for a fixed setup at home. The Wrap attaches to you and travels. Plenty of people keep both.

How long is the warranty?
One year, plus our 30-day return window.
