How to Use
Take 2 mL (1 dropper) once or twice daily for 1,000–2,000 mg of DHA, with or without food. Take it straight, or add it to a smoothie or juice.

Why algae instead of fish oil?
Algae is where fish get their Omega-3s in the first place. Going direct means no fishy taste, no ocean contaminants, and nothing animal-derived.
What's the difference between the two versions?
Only the flavoring. Lemon contains organic cold-pressed lemon peel oil. Unflavored contains none. DHA content, extraction and potency are identical.
Can I give this to my dog or cat?
Only the Unflavored version. Do not give the Lemon version to cats, dogs or any animal — citrus oils are not safe for pets. If you're unsure, talk to your veterinarian first.
Does it taste fishy?
No. There's no fish in it. The Lemon version has a light citrus taste; the Unflavored version is neutral.
