How to Use
Position the panel facing the area you want to target and adjust the gooseneck until it's aimed where you want it. Choose your mode, set a timer — 10 minutes is a good starting point — and relax. Wear the included goggles and don't look directly into the LEDs.
Most people use it daily, or on training days. Consistency matters more than session length.
Questions
What's the difference between red and near infrared?
Red light at 660nm is visible and works closer to the surface. Near infrared at 850nm is invisible to the eye and reaches deeper tissue. This panel runs either one alone, or both at once.
How long should a session be?
Ten minutes is a sensible start. The timer goes up to 30. Longer isn't better — doing it regularly is what counts.
Do I need eye protection?
Goggles are included in the box. Wear them, and never look directly into the LEDs.
Do I have to hold it?
No. It mounts on an adjustable stand with a gooseneck, so it stays aimed where you put it.
Can I use it after a workout?
Yes — post-training is when most people fit it in. It also works well as part of an evening wind-down.
Is this the same as your full-body mat?
No. The Panel is for targeting a specific area. If you want whole-body coverage in one session, look at the FullGlow™ 180 Mat.
