The Training Day — Your Routine

Four things, one session. Here's when each one goes in — and what to do with the bands on the days you're not training. Nothing here replaces the directions on the label; use this for timing, and the label for everything else.

The session

  1. 20–30 minutes before

    PRE HUSTLE V3

Mix per the label and drink it on the way in. Then spend five minutes on the bands — the warm-up sequence below — while it comes on.

Contains caffeine. If you train in the evening, check the label and decide accordingly.

  2. During

    PURE HYDRATE

One serving in your bottle, sipped across the session rather than downed at the end. Zero sugar, so it does not compete with anything else you are taking.

  3. Within an hour after

    POST HUSTLE

Mix per the label. Getting it in while you are still cooling down is easier to keep up than remembering it later.

  4. After, or the next day

    Premium Resistance Bands

Five minutes of the mobility sequence below. This is the piece most people skip, and it is the one that costs nothing but time.

Five minutes with the bands — before

Start with the lightest band in the set. Move up only when the last set stops feeling like work.

  • Lateral band walk — band just above the knees. Ten steps left, ten steps right. Stay low.
  • Monster walk — same position. Ten steps forward, ten back.
  • Glute bridge — band above the knees, feet flat. Fifteen reps, pausing at the top.
  • Pull-apart — band around the wrists, arms straight out front. Fifteen reps, wide and slow.

Five minutes with the bands — after

  • Clamshell — on your side, band above the knees. Twelve each side.
  • Standing hip abduction — band above the ankles, hand on a wall. Twelve each side.
  • Bodyweight squat — band above the knees. Fifteen reps, slower on the way down than the way up.

A week of it

Day Before During After
Training day PRE HUSTLE + band warm-up PURE HYDRATE POST HUSTLE, then band mobility
Rest day PURE HYDRATE if you want it Run the warm-up sequence twice, slowly

Three things worth knowing

  • Mix and match the flavours. The pre and post are chosen independently, so you are not locked into a pairing you will get bored of.
  • All three formulas are NSF Certified for Sport. If you compete in a tested sport, that is the certification to look for.
  • Consistency beats intensity. Four products used three days a week will do more than four products used perfectly for nine days and then abandoned.

Follow the directions on each product label. Stop any movement that causes pain, and speak with a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or supplement routine — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
