Three things, one time of day. That's the whole design — one decision at breakfast instead of three scattered across a day you were never going to remember them in. Timing only below. How much of each is on the label, and the label wins.
The morning sequence
-
In your first drink
Organic Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder
Stir it into coffee, tea or a smoothie — see below for getting it to behave.
-
With breakfast
Ultimate Shilajit
Two capsules once daily, and the label specifically suggests the morning. The easiest one to anchor.
-
With breakfast
Omega 3 Fish Oil
With food rather than on an empty stomach — it sits better and there's far less aftertaste.
Making the powder behave
- Hot liquid dissolves it better than cold. Coffee and tea work well; iced anything will need more effort.
- Use a frother or a whisk rather than a spoon. Ten seconds, and it's the difference between smooth and gritty.
- Start with less than a full serving for the first few days if the flavour is new to you, then work up to what the label says.
- A smoothie hides it completely if the taste isn't for you. Banana and cocoa in particular.
Making it stick
Keep all three next to the coffee maker. You make coffee without deciding to; the routine should ride on that rather than on willpower. Three products taken most mornings beat three products taken perfectly for nine days and then forgotten.
A week of it
| Morning | In the cup | With the meal |
|---|---|---|
| Every day | Lion's Mane, per label | Shilajit, Omega 3 |
| Skipping breakfast | Lion's Mane still | Move the other two to your first proper meal rather than skipping them |
Worth knowing
- Ultimate Shilajit is thirty servings — about a month at two capsules a day. Use it as the reorder clock for the whole set.
- One time of day is the point. If you find yourself splitting these across morning and evening, you've made the routine harder to keep than it needs to be.
- Three, not four. Nothing else in the catalogue earned a place in this one. A bundle is only worth buying if every item is one you'd have chosen anyway.
