A baseline, not a protocol. Four things taken at the same point every morning, which is the only way any of it is still happening in March. Timing only below. How much of each is on the label, and the label wins.
The morning sequence
-
20–30 minutes before breakfast
Organic Sea Moss
Two capsules. This is the one with a specific timing instruction on its label — before a meal rather than with it — so it's the one to build the rest around.
-
With breakfast
Vitamin D3 + K2
Per the label. Both are fat-soluble vitamins, which is why most labels put them with a meal.
-
With breakfast
Multivitamin Gummies
Per the label. The easiest thing here to remember and the easiest to take twice by accident — keep them out of reach of children.
-
With or after breakfast
Algae Oil DHA
One dropper — 2 mL. Straight from the dropper, or stirred into juice, a smoothie or yogurt. With or without food, whichever you'll actually do.
About the dropper
- One dropper is one serving — 2 mL, thirty servings to a bottle, about a month.
- Lemon and Unflavored are identical in DHA content, extraction and potency. The only difference is cold-pressed lemon peel oil.
- The Lemon version is not safe for pets. Citrus oils are not safe for cats or dogs. If you also give omega-3s to an animal, choose Unflavored and check with your vet first.
- It isn't fish oil, so there's no fishy aftertaste to work around — taking it straight is genuinely fine.
Making it stick
Sea Moss is the anchor, because it's the one with a clock attached. Take it when you get up, then make breakfast, then take the other three. The twenty minutes in between is the coffee.
A week of it
| Morning | On waking | With breakfast |
|---|---|---|
| Every day | Sea Moss, 2 capsules | D3 + K2, gummies, one dropper of Algae Oil |
| Rushed | Take Sea Moss with the meal rather than skipping it | Same three |
Worth knowing
- These four cover different ground on purpose — broad-spectrum vitamins, omega-3, trace minerals and vitamin D. They're the four things a mixed diet most often misses.
- Sea Moss and Algae Oil are both thirty servings. They run out together, which makes reordering one decision instead of four.
- A baseline is meant to be boring. If you're thinking about it every morning, it isn't anchored to anything yet — move it next to something you already do without deciding.
